When sending information to us for online publishing please include your name and contact information in case we need to contact you regarding your submission. We reserve the right to not publish your submission if we feel it is inappropriate for our website, we also reserve the right to edit content if necessary. By submitting content to DeltaCurrent.COM you affirm that you are the rightful owner, creator or holder of copyright to those materials and that you are granting license to DeltaCurrent.COM to post these materials as part of this public website.

Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe to the newsletter, thereby removing their email address from the newsletter subscription list, by accessing the link at the bottom of each monthly newsletter. All registered resident profiles related to the newsletter are stored in our database, even after 'deletion,' and may be archived elsewhere.

Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee 100% complete security.

3. Privacy Protection

DeltaCurrent.COM will not sell or otherwise transfer your contact information or content to third parties without your permission. Although we do run site contained banner and sidebar advertisements, we do not run  pop ups and, pop unders. We do not send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes. We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that a post is by a person under the age of 13, we will remove that post.

When you make a submission to a DeltaCurrent.COM site, subscribe to the DeltaCurrent.COM newsletter or submit information to a DC WebPress site, you provide DeltaCurrent.COM and the sponsor of the site the permission to contact you about the specific submission or interaction.

DeltaCurrent.COM, or people who post on the DeltaCurrent.COM sites, may provide links to third party websites, which may have different privacy practices. These links may be to foreign sites that are not registered as a US company and therefore may not be subject to privacy policies and standards.
